1. Shipping Options

  • Standard Delivery – PKR 250 (5–7 business days)
  • Express Delivery – PKR 500 (2–3 business days)

2. Carriers

3. Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) processed the same day
  • Orders after 1 PM processed next business day

4. Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking ID by email or WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Contact support if your parcel has not arrived after 7 days
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, re-delivery charges will apply

6. Lost/Damaged Parcels

  • If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery date
  • We will reship or refund as per the Refund Policy
