Refund and Returns Policy
1. Return Window
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligible Items
- Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Opened fragrances cannot be returned unless defective.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Email refunds@zexin.co with your Order ID, reason, and photos (if damaged).
- If approved, return address and instructions will be provided.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
4. Refund Timelines
- Once returned product is received and verified, refund is issued within 7 business days.
- Refund is made via the same payment method used.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards, clearance items, opened fragrances
- Original shipping fees (unless due to error or defect)
